SunSense facial sunscreen

Shocking consumers into action with UV photography

SunSense is Australia’s No.1 sunscreen, offering the highest levels of protection against UV damage, which can cause sunburn, age spots, wrinkles, and even skin cancers.

As UV damage is invisible to the naked eye, we created a campaign that would shock consumers into wearing a daily high-factor sunscreen.

With a headline asking, ‘Is this the face of things to come?’, we used ultraviolet photography to reveal sun damage on the face of a top British model.

Consumers could then take the test themselves, using the ‘UV Damage Detector’ on the SunSense website, with beauty and skincare tips from Sarah Jagger, make-up artist on This Morning.
